The 2012
Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale is based
largely on the LP570-4 Blancpain Edition Super Trofeo racecar
in a package that will ll be street legal. They both share
the same V10 powerplant, which is used in the racing version
with no modifications. Automobili Lamborghini is bringing motor
racing excitement directly to the road, limited to only 150
units and described as "the most extreme Gallardo ever."
The Gallardo
LP 570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale boasts a dry weight of just 2,954
pounds giving it a stunning power-toweight ratio of 2.35 kilograms
per HP for breathtaking performance. The Super Trofeo Stradale
races from 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 3.4 seconds and reaches 200
km/h in just 10.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 320 km/h.
The 2012
LP570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale has a robotized egear six-speed
transmission controlled by steering wheel paddles as standard,
which will shift through its six gears much faster than any
human being could.

Super Trofeo Stradale comes with track-purposed items including
a huge adjustable rear wing that can be angled for the ideal
amount of rear end downforce. And a removable carbon engine
hood with quick-release latches.
Gallardo
Super Trofeo Stradale will be offered in an exclusive "Rosso
Mars" paint that symbolizes Italy’s traditional racing
red and draws from the car’s connection with ultimate
race track performance. The Super Trofeo Stradale also has a
more aggressive than usual lower front fascia which takes some
styling cues from the incredible new Lamborghini Aventador.
